And, we make working for the company a memorable experience for each other, too. We're proud to be friendly, approachable, open and honest.

Whether that's comforting a nervous customer, welcoming a new colleague to the team or asking our customers if they need a hand. From customer-facing roles on the ground and in the air, to all the behind-the-scenes activities that help to keep our customers happy and make sure the business’ growth and success. We always think about what we do and how this impacts both our customers and colleagues. We encourage our colleagues to take responsibility, and if there's a problem, we’ll find a solution. If there's something we can do better, we do it.
